How long will it take to get my pictures?

We aim to complete the proceessing of your pictures and album within 25-30 days of your wedding while the video output takes upto 40 days.


How long are the Images kept?

All Client images are kept for a maximum period of 6 months.


I paid you for the photographs, so when I get the photos I can do anything with them, Right?

Yes you paid for the photographs , and you can share it as much as you can , distribute them , print them , the only thing you cannot do is using the photos for commercial purpose, We still hold the copyright over the photographs and the distribution rights retain with us.

 


I want certain style/type of Image, can I?

Offcourse you can , either you have to explain us the situation or the framing you want , or you can show us the photos to help us understand what kind of photo you wish for and leave the rest on us!


How can I book a Date?

You can either give us a call or shoot us a mail if you are interested , Generally We take 50% of the Total Package amount as advance for us to block the dates , once We get the advance and confirm the receipt of the same , your dates will be blocked and no further inquiry or work will be taken during that period.

How about the rest of the Payment?

Well the remaining 50% of the Package amount should reach us / deposited to our account before the last day of the event as It makes us very uncomfortable to ask the Family for Payment when they are going through an emotional phase.

 


Cancellation/Refund Policy?

In case of cancellation after the booking, only 20% of the advance money paid is refunded. Blocking the Date and confirmation with other professionals involves direct or indirect expenses. The 30% cancellation charge is used to cope up with these expenses.
